Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;

On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@loxwynn.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we:

Have received the returned goods, or
-
You have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

For the delivery of goods that can quickly perish or have a limited shelf life;

For the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed in the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken after delivery;

For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

For the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal is broken after delivery.
